A lighter Amber offering with notes of caramel and slight citrus on the nose and flavors of caramel and treacle. Very drinkable with just a hint of lingering sweetness.
A tasty option for the darker beer neophyte and veteran alike. Boasting aromas of light roast coffee and milk chocolate, with similar flavors on the palate along with just a hint of toffee. This beer finishes with a bit of lingering bitterness.
An extremely easy drinking lager, with aromas of pilsner malt that are complimented by slight floral, and biscuit tones. Creamy and mild, this beer tastes slightly malty with a medium to low carbonation.
What an exciting collaboration with local barbecue restaurant - Mr. Pig Stuff!! The Mr. Pig Stuff team smoked Vienna malt with cherry wood that gives this beer classic Rauchbier smoke, malt, and bready flavors with a unique BBQ flare. Pours amber with just a hint of smokey haze.
With a great mix of Guatemalan cold press coffee from MunkaBeans and milk (lactose), get ready for a smooth and enjoyable ride!

Originating from a region on the Belgian/French border, the Grisette is an easy drinking Farmhouse style ale very similar to the traditional Saison. Boasting a nose of citrus peel, apple blossom and just a hint of clove, with complimentary flavors as well as fresh wheat bread. This beer finishes extremely dry, that may be perceived as slightly tart. The perfect beer for the Saison/Farmhouse lover and light beer drinker alike!
Monaghan stems from Ben's family roots in Ireland. This Irish Red is perfect for the season ahead. Spring into a pint and expect smooth, subtle flavors of caramel and toasted bread crusts.
A legendary Loch monster from Scotlan, Morag, rears her head at the Brewhall. With a deep brown color and heavy malt character, the sweet and complex flavors of dried plum and dark cherry this is sure to keep you warm at night.
When dusk falls, everything begins to mellow out. The same is true with this beer. A dark saison that has a milder character to our everyday Holmes Landing. With hints of dried raisins, bittersweet cocoa, and a mellow spiciness from a heafty dose of rye. The perfect beer for after work as the light begins to fade in the windows.
Beer is normally dispensed with a 70% CO2 and 30% Nitrogen mixture, however a Nitro beer is the opposite, 70% Nitrogen and 30% CO2. Nitro beers tend to have a creamy mouth-feel and smoother quality. They tend to push hoppy flavors down and bring a maltiness to the top of the flavor profile.
