What an exciting collaboration with local barbecue restaurant - Mr. Pig Stuff!! The Mr. Pig Stuff team smoked Vienna malt with cherry wood that gives this beer classic Rauchbier smoke, malt, and bready flavors with a unique BBQ flare. Pours amber with just a hint of smokey haze.

One of the early names of the city of Shakopee was “Sha K’ Pay”. Just as our Holmes Landing pays homage to a previous city name, we felt this latest release continue the Brewhall’s effort to recognize Shakopee’s rich history and strong future! A tasty option for the darker beer neophyte and veteran alike. Boasting aromas of light roast coffee and milk chocolate, with similar flavors on the palate along with just a hint of toffee. This beer finishes with a bit of lingering bitterness.
Powerful notes of banana and undertones of orange and lemon greet you. A flavorful offering that finishes quite dry on the palate. Medium high in carbonation with no lingering bitterness, this beer will surprise you how easy it is to enjoy.
An extremely easy drinking lager, with aromas of pilsner malt that are complimented by slight floral, and biscuit tones. Creamy and mild, this beer tastes slightly malty with a medium to low carbonation.
The Highland is named after our Brewer's Scottish ancestry. The Highland is the region that the Chisholm clan calls home. The Scottish Export has an overall low hop character, is light floral or herbal tasting and allows its signature malt profile to be the highlight.
Why wouldn't there be a an imperial version of the Holmes Landing? With a bump in ABV comes a more Noble taste, but similar in aroma with the banana and orange. The finish stays dry just as the Brewhall favorite!
Ready to try something just a bit out there? This Traditional Bock has lent its slightly sweet and bready flavors, and been enhanced by ageing on Ancho chilies, cacao nibs, and cinnamon. Expect flavors of cinnamon, light clove, chocolate, and a pleasant peppery heat on the finish.
A softer IPA than most of its West Coast cousins, this beer boasts a prominent orange citrus aroma that complements it's orange appearance perfectly. Expect flavors of bright citrus and light caramel along with a mild, but lingering bitterness.
Less the coffee of "Califinated" and with the addition of being on nitro! Try the side by side and let us know what you think!
When dusk falls, everything begins to mellow out. The same is true with this beer. A dark saison that has a milder character to our everyday Holmes Landing. With hints of dried raisins, bittersweet cocoa, and a mellow spiciness from a heafty dose of rye. The perfect beer for after work as the light begins to fade in the windows.
