A lighter Amber offering with notes of caramel and slight citrus on the nose and flavors of caramel and treacle. Very drinkable with just a hint of lingering sweetness.

A somewhat medium dry offering that pours dark brown to garnet with a slightly tan head. Flavors of bittersweet chocolate, cola and toasted biscuit dominate. This is an easy drinking lage that will taste even better with a second pint!
An extremely easy drinking lager, with aromas of pilsner malt that are complimented by slight floral, and biscuit tones. Creamy and mild, this beer tastes slightly malty with a medium to low carbonation.
One of the early names of the city of Shakopee was “Sha K’ Pay”. This style of beer was the turning point in Ben's career path. Having tasted the Tropical Stout, he shifted his career path from a teacher to a brewer. With the addition of honey, expect a sweet, chocolate flavor and a sweet kiss at the finish that leave you anxious to raise your glass again!
Damon has turned the "new 40" and we are celebrating with a beer that captures the enthusiasm of a bright spring day - with it's strong malt and honey backbone and balanced with hops we wonder where the pondering conversations will go.

Beer is normally dispensed with a 70% CO2 and 30% Nitrogen mixture, however a Nitro beer is the opposite, 70% Nitrogen and 30% CO2. Nitro beers tend to have a creamy mouth-feel and smoother quality. They tend to push hoppy flavors down and bring a maltiness to the top of the flavor profile.
